That's definitely a sing of growing up lol! I swear it is programmed into our genetics or something. My close friend group and I, all started drinking mineral water after we've hit 25. I have never liked it before I got older, now I am drinking it everyday.

Just a heads up, you are linking the wrong URL. It should be https://kbin.social/m/bestof instead of .com

Yes but kbin at the moment is more user friendly so if someone from reddit who is not tech savvy tries to migrate to fediverse, kbin would be a much more convincing option, especially since no one really realize there other instances of kbin much like lemmy and everybody just goes to kbin.social. So no choice paralysis about which instance to join which I reckon is the big part of the problem of transitioning from reddit.

It's a client for lemmy on Android. You should definitely try it if you are on Android. I loved using Boost for reddit and Jerboa feels closest to it. I would daily drive it if not for kbin.

I mean aside from not being able to collapse comments, the webapp is not that bad. Although I confess Jerboa is much much better which is tempting me to switch to lemmy.

Don't use the reply button and just directly use the comment box at the bottom of the page. You can think it as not directly replying but as commenting in a thread because technically OP does not post but creates a thread, does that make sense?

Because those two instances are pulling in huge traffic now and unlike beehaw you don't need to be approved to sign in. So their influx of new users are making it very hard for beehaw team to moderate (not that I am supporting their decision but I understand the reasons behind it.)
