No but it does turn it into a financially valuable asset which they can sell for a profit. Emotionally I feel for them, I wouldn't want to sell a house I've investment time and energy into. But they're FAR better off than a lot of people on a purely financial basis.

Skill Up is pretty much the only thing I watch regularly since TB sadly passed away. His weekly(ish) news roundup videos are an easy way to keep semi up with what's happening and if you have more free time I believe he's also involved in a podcast (Friends Per Second).
