I believe the premise of AI having any input in getting shut down is bullshit.

Even if the AI had free reign over a computer you can just pull the plug.

Gesetzliche Gewährleistungspflicht gilt für 24 Monate und ist aufgabe des Händlers.

Was du meinst ist die Beweislastumkehr nach 6 Monaten. Ab da muss der Käufer beweisen, dass der Mangel schon beim Kauf vorhanden war.

Garantie vom Hersteller oder Händer gibt es i.d.R. auch noch, das ist aber eine freiwillige leistung.

I personally just find it annoying how it's shoehorned into everyting regardless if it makes sense to be there or not, without the option to turn it off.

I also don't find it helpful for most things I do.

Haben die solche Forderungen eigentlich immer in der Schublade?

Würde zumindest erklären, wieso die Forderungen immer nur so halb zum Thema passen.

Have you tried using the support chat?

At least for me this helped to cut response time for the warranty replacement of a part way down.

My FP4 got the opposite problem where it sometimes ignores inputs when placed on a soft surface.

But I guess I'd rather have that issue than yours.
