Raise your hand if you thought a QB from a D2 college by the name of Tyson Bagent would be outplaying the first overall pick (also a QB) in a prime time game..

I’ve always liked Howell and it was odd to me he dropped so hard.
I think the best thing to say about him is this: If the draft was tomorrow Washington doesn’t need to waste a pick on a QB, I’ve seen enough from Howell to tell me he should get the rest of this year and has a chance to be the face of the future, he could still wash out but he’s done what is asked thus far
Goff is really an interesting case of “how being a top 5 pick” works against you..
If he was selected at like 15-25 in the draft he’d be looked at like an elite pick. He’s had what 17-18 decent games in a row before today.
But since the expectation has always been set it feels like he’s a failure at times.
