Religion today is voluntary, at least in most of the world.

You often don't have the autonomy to not participate in religion as a child if your parents want you to.

Obligatory: Have the day you voted for! o7

It seems like people are so eagre to bash AI that they're willing to invent their own narrative to shit on anyone who remotely sounds like they support it, even if that's not the case.

I appreciate you actually taking the time and effort to read.

He specifically asked Copilot which percentage to set.

Ah, I see. That's not at all clear from what the article says:

In the video, the influencer activates Copilot with the "Hey Copilot" voice activation and then asks it how they can increase the font size via Windows Settings.

Perhaps the original video has what you're talking about.

Them: you can't just assume X.
You: you can't assume ¬X.

They didn't assert ¬X. You're arguing with a strawman.

I'll just send a picture:

This was before I added the netting. I use tomato clips to hold up the plants:

Then the netting just goes all the way around the outside hanging down from the top, and secured at the bottom with ground clips.

The netting isn't big enough for squirrels to get through. It's draped down from the trellising, and pinned down to the ground. There's no way for the squirrels to get in unless they climb up and over, and they don't seem to be able to figure that out.

Not sure what to do about the horn worms though.

I have a raised bed and just hang a loose net around the whole thing so the squirrels can't get in. Otherwise those little buggers will take one bite out of each tomato and leave the rest for me to clean up.

You can get Teto plushies on amazon?! Naruhodo...

[–] Enkers@sh.itjust.works 2 points 1 month ago

I just position mine so the end is how I want it, and sometimes that means the first bite is mostly bread.

Oh, lmao, I didn't even realise it was a 1 time thing, but now that I re-read, it does say "dividend". It's basically a small bribe to placate him fleecing his angered masses.

Our premier did that as well, and it was quite effective at keeping him in office, IMO.

This is my current Teto song crush. It's "Science" by MIMI!

I've been learning to cook all sorts of Indian recipes lately. The samosa are store bought, cuz who has time for that. Everything else is made from scratch. I'll probably get around to makeing my own samosas too, some day.

Will post recipes if anyone is interested. ^^

NY-ish style pizza (sh.itjust.works)
submitted 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago) by Enkers@sh.itjust.works to c/veganhomecooks@lemmy.world

A riff on the classic NY style pizza. Obviously with all the extra toppings, and a cheddar style "cheese", it's not in any way accurate, but it's what I happened to have on hand.

Dough & Sauce:

  • Adam Ragusea's NY Style Pizza v2 [Content Warning: recipe is not fully vegan. It contains cow milk.]

"Cheese":

  • Smoked cheddar style vegan grating block

Toppings:

  • Red onion, mushroom, vegan sausage, fresh basil
