Overall. I studied for an acounting tecnician in my teenage years. Thats what i regret the most in my life. No human being should go through that. One of the reasons i dont have a college degree is tgat after going through that i sworeupon my soul and upon the mass that i would never again go through anything similar.
Not really. All shelfish and crustaceans are easier to cook in various ways.
So are smaller fish like sole or trout. That have softer tissues
Some of the bigger fish have more distinctive flavours like ray or shark that makes them easier too cook.
In my experience salmon is not that oily about the same as tuna but tuna has also a stronger flavour so there is more ways to prepare it. And there are also bits of the tuna that are supper fatty and big enough to cut in stake form.

You can make fish sticks or baja style fish tacos. If your friend cant have wheat you can use rice floor. Rice is generally procesed in a way to remove the poisonus bits of the grain. Also cod is better smoked and fried with onion and pepper than baked.
If you must cook or fry large fish fillets, large fish like marlin or tuna or etc. have bits that look a diferent color because they have a lot of fat. these are the easiests parts to cook. They shouldnt be more expensive because people usually do not want them because of the wierd color.
To be fair salmon is i credibly hard to prepare. I cosider myself a pretyy good cook and its one of the things i cant get rigth. It either ends up dry or undercooked. At best i can compensate with the sauce but thats cheating. It dosent help that its expensive so i dont try that often.

I dont play or watch soccer. But its a lot of fun to grill while hearing a friend tell stories about smuggling beer to the stadium or kidnapping an oposing teams mascot. Sports should be a social activity you do with your friends, if you only focus on the millionates kiking a ball you are missing all the fun. i think thats the reason a lot of you dont get it.
I used to sail when i was younger(a 9 ft craft that was worth about 500 usd) and while atmitedly quite relaxing and enjoiable it was a one man boat. Maybe i could get someone else to join me if they were ligthweigth. So i never devveloped the sort of nostalgia about sailing people have about soccer.
However i did went to and hosted a few lan parties and even if age of empires and warcraft are objectvley not the best games there is a certain nostalgia atached ti them due to the social experience of lans.
I dont play soccer because were i grew up it was 50+ c outside for most of the year.
