Yeah, sadly that doesn’t work - I arrive and then immediately sink a few cm into the floor again. It’s very odd.

Ooh this is cool! It’s inspired me to reinstall x4 on my steam deck and see whether I’m still stuck in the floor, or whether some patch has fixed whatever bug I managed to hit after many many hours of game time. 😭

Thing is, this isn’t AI causing the problem. It’s humans using it in incredibly dumb irresponsible ways. Once again, it’ll be us that do ourselves in. We really need to mature as a species before we can handle this stuff.

This is exactly what happened with the early waves of mastodon migration; a whole load of instances suddenly had to up their game, there was defederation all over, and tooling had to improve to handle mod needs in larger communities. I didn’t notice any difference either, until I realised that this is actually how I play wordle already. My first 2, normally 3 guesses are just covering the space of likely letters with no repeats.
