As mentioned by others, security updates and the camera. If the right 'phone comes along at the right price, then is when I'll consider doing the upgrade. Upgrading when the latest greatest 'phone is released is something I would never consider.
I have zero tolerance for trolls, just block 'em and move on. Life's too short!
Personally, I think they peaked with 'Star Trek: Voyager', although I must say I never liked the character 'Q' in any generation, and even now when I re-watch Voyager episodes, I will always skip the 'Q' ones.

On my Android 'phone I just use the official app from the Play Store, it fulfills my needs. There are no ads, which was the reason I wouldn't use the official app for Twitter.

Be nice to everyone, from the receptionist upwards, and if you're offered a cup of coffee/tea, offer to wash the cup yourself afterwards. Little things that show you're thoughtful.
