To some degree you're right, reading doesn't make you intelligent in and of itself, but I do think constantly reading like that does make you to some degree smarter. Like even if you're reading slop, you're probably smarter than if you had been reading nothing.

If it was possible for her to be replaced by someone progressive you'd have a point. I don't think it is though. I don't want a potentially competent fascist replacing her. Yes in an ideal world you're right, but we're so far gone from that point that I would likely rather have her than whoever will replace her.

We weren't even harsh towards you. We just said there's a difference between fuck and the f-slur and that the dude was gay.
I get it, just maybe look into things a bit before just labeling someone a bigot. To be fair you can be both gay and homophobic, I just don't think that's the case here, he's just an edgelord.
