Good advice. I splashed out on the kinesis advantage. A two week holiday and switching to the ergo keyboard cured my tennis elbow. It's very expensive and took a long time to get used to but I wouldn't go back.

I also installed Tridactyl Firefox extension for vim bindings. I don't use it often but it is handy when you are coding in vim and need to keep switching to a browser to read documentation.

Edit: The annoying thing about the kinesis is that it only comes in US layout. So when I use it as a UK device I have to do some funny business to get a backslash.

I disagree with this suggestion. They said they have a tight budget and want noise blocking headphones. Shokz are great (especially for audiobooks and podcasts) but they are expensive and specifically designed to not block sound. They sound muffled and weird if you use ear plugs.

You can also buy computer monitors up to about 32" to use as a TV. Above 32" all the OLED displays seem to be curved or ultra wide.

Also projectors don't tend to have smart features.

I am curious about your workflow, are you writing your blog posts in markdown, the using an online markdown to html converter, then copy pasting the output onto your website?

Also this is a good resource for learning some CSS: https://css-tricks.com/

They have some very helpful guides for things like flex boxes: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/a-guide-to-flexbox/

How are you generating the html?

I partially blame people with big audiences that keep hyping him up and platforming him. Primeagen interviewed him on YouTube and was worshipping him the entire video. Embarrassing display.

I'm glad this is getting a lot of push back. The FOSS community should be a welcoming collaborative space, but such an environment is not possible when bigotry is is tolerated.

The UK famously stole Venezuela's gold, so I wouldn't trust them much more...

my poor cpu. You don't even need to use -vo=tct as mpv will draw to the frame buffer if x server is not available. There's also fbi and fbpdf for displaying images and pdfs to the frame buffer
