I wish lemmy was more advertised by people on reddit. I take a peak in apollo occasionally and it's not mentioned all that much anymore.
There's also memmy for ios now (beta, in test flight)
Using it now to post this comment. I'm really liking it, it's very smooth. Wish there was compact view but I'm sure its coming soon. I might switch over from mlem

I remember on apollo when I discovered that holding that button moved you backwards to the previous comment and it blew my mind. Such great UX

I hear you. Opening Apollo was basically the first thing I did when waking up (don't judge me Lol). I've been on reddit for over 10 years and I credit it as playing a major role in pulling me away from the far right. I've learned so much on it, and it really feels like the end of an era. You can't help but get a bit emotional. Anyway I hope that lemmy can fill that gap, I've been really enjoying the community here, everyone is quite friendly.
Thanks for all the hard work, I've been using the app exclusively since leaving reddit and I'm excited for the updates
