I thought the point of an ultra was to strain your wrist with the weight and stop blood with the strap? Anyway, that’s a trail loop. Just wanted you to know what Alpine loop to get.

I was looking at the alpine loop but didn’t realise there was 3 sizes unlike the Trail loops 2.

I don’t have an Apple Store near to try sadly.

For reference I have attached where the M/L trail loop fits on my wrist. I think maybe 180-185mm wrist.

So right at 1 end of the medium. Is it best to size up?

Trail loop is very comfortable. I tried my friends starlight on last night. I did like it in some lights, but in other light it was a bit too champagne colour for my liking.

Ideally on starlight or silver watches? Interesting to know how much of a clash the titanium lugs are.

Thank you. I think Silver would go better with blue/navy straps. I did like the starlight in the store but think it would look more yellow in the real world lighting!

Looking to get a S9 in either Silver or Starlight 45mm. Really like the trail loops from the ultra but wondering if the titanium lugs would look better against the silver or Starlight?

Still not sure on Starlight, I looked at it for so long in the Apple Store I just was torn between it and Silver! I will be using mainly black/grey/blue bands. Maybe silver is better for those colours?

Anyone using trail loops on their S8/9 - any pics?
