I never used cinnamon, but on what you're saying, it might be that the version (popos ships) cinnamon is at doesn't support nvidia on wayland, without bugs. I might be saying crap.
But on gnome (what i think is pop default DE) wayland works fine on 560, so yeah, very difficult situation.
At least for me, 560 works better with wayland than x11. xorg has problems with suspending/hibernating (IDK why), but wayland just works.
I don't think Milei will make Argentina better in any sense in the short/mid/long term. Bolsonaro, Trump, everyone on the far-right says the same thing but it only gets worse, never better.

Acho que uma rom parecida com aosp (uso aospextended) + microg + apps da fossify seria o mais "próximo" do que eu consigo pensar hj em dia, meio que "criar" a própria rom substituindo os apps do sistema por apps mais leves. Pq tbm tava nesse impasse e comecei a usar esse setup, até hj em dia tá dando certo no meu moto g6 play kkkk, guerreiro tá lutando.

Acho que no xda forums possa ter, tô usando uma rom pro meu celular de lá, acho que daria pra achar pesquisando seu celular lá e vendo os fóruns do seu celular.
Tbm tem grupos de telegram pra roms de celulares específicos, mas nessa parte nunca vi.
Fora desses lugares, acho que tá bem complicado achar roms recentes ou especializadas, talvez dê pra achar roms gsi, que funcionam num grande range de versões, mas aí tem que confirmar alguns detalhes, se o sistema de partições é igual, se é compatível com o projeto treble. They tried a coup (with the military and the brazilian rural oligarchs), so it's not "censorship", it's enforcing that Brazil is a democratic (even if very flawed) country. The constitution give this right to the supreme court and him (he was the supreme judge for the last election, so dealing with the aftermath of the election is his obligation), so it's a lot more nuanced than you might say.
