So, if you have no side effects it makes sense to take it, but with side effects it can be unclear whether it will have a net positive impact on your quality of life.

I mean, sports don't produce anything. Tourism and entertainment in general is wasting resources. You might get to shift the resources from tourists pockets to yours, but you didn't manufacture anything useful.

FYI, this is a drug that followed up the very controversial aducanumab and the risk/benefit margin is pretty thin.

Exactly, I have had door to door and it is less secure and unnecessary. I'm fine with having the same level of service as the other 75% of Canadians.
