I might misremember but I think it only happens if its the first update triggered by auto update. Once that's done, the future update for said app wouldnt ask for permission no more.

I haven't got around the third one myself, tho that's more because I am not a huge fan of the 3d aspect of it.

Also, do play AT II with the patch! It solves some of the wonkier part of the game and that one buggy boss fight
