That depends on your phone. I have an LG (android lollipop) phone that simply won't let me use the os without a simcard.

You can move to somewhere more convenient if you're not happy. I don't know what you're doing in this group anyway.
Cycling is definitely more freedom than car. Don't need a license, fuel, insurance, etc. And you're not affected by traffic.

If i read your book and then use the knowledge to answer someone's question is it not the same if machine does it?

Makes sense if you want to give the user the ability to import data from csv (see django import export package). Beyond importing data from user or another service i dont see other uses, but they do exist.
