De esta clase me gustó mucho la parte de escribir SQL pero todo lo técnico y teoria era bastante aburrido. Pero esa teoría sirve bastante en el trabajo porque pasas más tiempo diseñando la base de datos que escribiendo queries. Es probablemente de las clases más útiles de programacion.
Mi uni también tenía una parte 2 dónde escribimos una simple DB en C. Esto si me hizo cuestionar mi vida.
Another thought, when 80% of cinema movies are based on franchises you don't care about, you kinda stop following cinema schedules. Movies that are not expected to do well are also given less time in cinemas and worse time slots. I did watch Mickey17 because I knew about it beforehand but usually by the time I learn about a movie I actually want to watch it's already on its way out of the cinema.
It's worse when you're a pedestrian. If you swerve towards me and expect me to get out of your way you kinda have to tell me where you're going. But if you walk a lot you get better at judging intentions by the changing speed of the car and distrasting blinkers.

Ultimamente hay una nueva plaga en la pega. Un ai bot que se inserta a los meetings, guarda transcripciones y screenshots y hace un resumen al final. Al principio fue divertido pero no es muy útil y, claro, todos esos datos van a alguna empresa en California. Lo mejor, parece que la wea solo entiende inglés y la mayoría de los meetings no son en inglés. Osea es casi completamente inútil pero aún así varias personas lo han activado. Pero bueno, tenemos que usar "ai" en alguna manera.

It might happen with non-crt screens too. I remember a flat screen (LCD?) that made a different noise depending on the color it displayed. White and light colors made a lot more noise and if you had good ears you could tell the difference without looking. Not sure how they work though to explain this.

We actually had a local alternative here, BEAT. Then FreeNow bought it and we had to switch apps which was annoying but hey at least it wasn't Uber. Now this gets bought too. I guess it's either Uber or Lyft now.
