A volcanic eruption has started in Iceland, estimated to be ten times more powerful than previous eruption in the area in c/world@lemmy.world

I would hazard a guess that it's dependent on even more than region. Wasn't it an Icelandic volcano that shut down air travel because of ash a few years back?

It has a slow start IMO but once the edge wears down and Butcher just lets himself nerd out it's just such good modern fantasy
