Ich meinte eher den Teil hier, nicht das, was die Dänen taten:

Beide Häuser tragen den dänischen Vorschlag - ebenso wie viele andere EU-Staaten - in der Form nicht mit, erklärten beide Vertreterinnen weiter und sprachen auch die in den vergangenen Tagen massenhaft versendeten Emails an Entscheidungsträger zu dem Thema an. Die Abgeordneten betonten fraktionsübergreifend in der anschließenden Diskussion, dass es keine Möglichkeit des flächendeckenden Scannens von Bildern, Videos und Links in privaten Nachrichten auf den Endgeräten der Nutzer geben dürfe und die Privatsphäre geschützt sein müsse.

Problem is, these topics are connected, being that muslims are prime target for nazis. And stuff like this particular event will gain them additional support in the broader population.
And this makes me furious.

Also I don't assume the protesters to be dumb.
Going to a forbidden demonstration on octobre 7th... they knew exactly what they signed up for.

But perhaps justify an actual prosecution and consequences. That's the crucial point here.

Without, state attorney will just believe the policeman's statement and close the case.

Maybe decorating the announcement flyers for an october 7th event with pictures of paragliders doesn't give anti-genocide-vibes to most people...

And this has nothing to do with fascism.
Despite being not fond of this particular event, I am actively trying to find enough evidence to perhaps prosecute this policeman's actions.
What are you doing to actually help here?

You haven't shown why we need to care about the context.

Why we need to care:
With context, the video might be sufficient to raise a charge against the policemen by the state prosecution.
Without, it is basically worthless.
