The Blue Ridge Mountains aren't really in West Virginia. Those mountains in your picture would be considered the Appalachian or Allegheny mountains. I've seen either name on maps, so I guess the jury's still out on what to call em.

I just partly closed the water supply valve to turn pressure down. Toilet fills a bit slower but no biggie.
