I'm sure Jellyfin considered the Fediverse but some projects like the idea of having more control of the community discussions they participate in so having a forum makes sense. I still think a Jellyfin community on Lemmy can thrive with an official forum in place.

I guess it's an unpopular opinion but I don't mind paying for YouTube premium or watching ads on the platform since the content creators get a cut of YouTube's revenue. If a creator is making good content they deserve to get paid.

As a Steam Deck owner I'd say having Linux on the Ally isn't enough and it isn't what makes the Steam Deck great either.

Valve took the time to make features like instant resume and developing a console like interface. The Ally is missing things like that and until has that I'd still consider the Steam Deck a better experience

It's a Jamesdonkey RS2. I bought the bare bones addition since I'm a clicky (kalih box white) kind of guy

This has me concerned about the performance on PC. Hopefully this doesn't stuffer from the issues a lot of AAA titles have had during launch

Right now I'm half way through Final Fantasy VII Remake. I never played the original but have always heard good things about it. I unfortunately already know the big plot point about a certain character but so far I'm invested in the story!
