I thought the same, though it still seems possible he's raising both arms and we're only seeing one from each angle.
I'd like to point out that while Gamifying learning CAN work when done correctly, DuoLingo absolutely does not do it correctly.
Sure, I learned hundreds of words but even after 3+ years of daily check-ins, I still don't even think I would consider myself A1, and definitely not A2.
So, I would have to disagree that just "sticking with it" is not enough to make up for the crap lesson plans and approach DuoLingo takes.
Doesn't Norway also drink way more coffee than any other nation or was that Sweden? I know Sweden has Fika, but I feel like Noway had another ridiculous record like that.
I really just wanted to say Ratatatatatatouille.
BAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!
Where at? I'm not seeing it.
Edit: I see the link to the demo is actually to the game's page. To be fair, most rockpapershotgun articles don't link to a game's page (apparently unless there is a demo).
I'm spoiled by https://gamingonlinux.com/ because for some weird reason they actually put a link directly to the game's steam page clearly in their articles.
I'll defer to @whotookkarl 's comment as they put it best. No one "wants" those jobs.
I mean, sure, I'm not there employee either, but I'm also not going to be snarky with a similar response.
Sure, I'm not saying it's exclusively a boomer complaint, just that boomers tend to complain about it more from my perspective.
I'm all for getting out of there as fast as possible. If I'm in line at self checkout and a cashier says "I can get you here", I'm over there.
But generally, I prefer self checkout.
I agree 100%.
