it's too bad the stock launcher on android doesn't let you change app logos. you can do it using most 3rd party launchers, but that's probably not worth it for that one feature
Pazuzu
TIL how to link to communities on other instances in a way that keeps you on your own instance. thanks for that!
your link shows a \ before each underscore in the visible text for me in both comments, like this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Blue\_stop\_sign\_-\_hawaii\_-\_oct\_2015.jpg and hovering or clicking the link replaces that \ with %5C, so the entire thing tries linking to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Blue%5C_stop%5C_sign%5C_-%5C_hawaii%5C_-%5C_oct%5C_2015.jpg. clicking 'source' on those comments shows just the \ before each underscore
no idea what's causing it, super weird to have the same bug messing with links that reddit does
the toggle shows up by default, but without a paid subscription the vpn is unusable. even then you need to enable it. you can disable it completely in brave://flags and set "enable experimental brave VPN" to disabled. it's shitty that they include it by default, but it's disingenuous to say they're rerouting traffic of all brave users through their own vpn servers.
funny enough learning the Ian knot is the only way I'm able to reliably tie my shoes. bunny ear method works half the time, the standard knot just doesn't translate between my brain and fingers
for me butt hair and pubes are far more uncomfortable than being hairless in hot weather. also getting rid of armpit hair stopped like 90% of my bo when I sweat, and smooth legs make socks far more comfortable. at this point I'm all for less hair in places that aren't my head.
that said I'm fairly thin and don't usually have chafing problems with or without hair in places, and I also either wax or use an epilator so anything growing back comes in slower and softer than the stubble you get from shaving. now that sounds like a nightmare between the cheeks
a bidet and a waxed butthole are the pandora's box of the bathroom. once you open them you can never go back
that's the only part I didn't like about the movie, the repeat hot dog fingers and butt plugs and such felt more like a skit from robot chicken than the "what the heck is even going on" kind of weirdness I was hoping for
also plastic bags ever since ultrasonic welding became more widespread. now the seam is as strong or stronger than the surrounding plastic so you can't just pull the seam apart for a clean edge like you could with most heat-sealed edges
I bought these things on amazon and they've been super helpful, just push the button in for the day as you take it. doesn't help me remember to take my meds but at least I can easily tell if I have taken my meds
If insurance doesn't get you a reasonable price, try Walmart. They always seem to have any goodrx or similar discounts applied automatically if you pay out of pocket. I was paying around $30/mo for generic Adderall XR, I think the non XR stuff was around $20/mo
AMdroid is similar, bunch of different task and puzzle options you can set for your future self to solve before you can turn the alarm off. I usually do math problems, just difficult enough that I need to be at least 90% conscious to actually solve them.
come morning time I hate the app with a passion, but it's just the kick in the ass I need sometimes
