Are kinetic or heat rounds the primary threat these tanks face?

Know what else massively limits a tanks capabilities? Being destroyed by a drone.

It's a tank.
It'll do fine against gunfire

Wars are getting dumber

Vehicle combat games. Which I guess is more like a genre than a mechanic.

Right now it's basically Mariokart or nothing.

Grip came out in 2018, but the physics were really unforgiving (clipping a corner could cost you like 10 seconds as you tumble) and there weren't enough players online.
Which is a real shame because it's gorgeous, fast paced, with effective power ups, and amazing tracks. And a hell of a sound track.

The thing new games don't have that I miss from old games is friends to play the game with 😭

In an open world game that isn't about racing*

Games like wreckfest have pretty great damage modeling. BeamNG too.

I really want to see a god game with gestures, like black&white, make the jump to VR

It makes me think that maybe "communities" wasn't the way to organize, maybe you subscribe to a topic and see all posts for that topic on all instances.
But moderation is good, and defederation is too severe a tool to use for moderation. It feels like there is no good solution.

Speaks Cantonese, but the "dog accent" is so thick that nobody can understand

Don't trust an unscrupulous person just because their self interest briefly aligned with your beliefs or interests.

I don't really think that such a person really learned the lesson. They're only seeking individual exception, not criticizing the policy, let alone reflecting on their other beliefs or the other policies of their leader.
