A lot of territories end at a river, but when the boundaries were set for New York they asked for a buffer zone (10 miles I think?) away from the Hudson River. So it really is an arbitrary boundary.

But it's a solid investment.

One state is across a big river. Marijuana is mostly legal on the other side so the billboards start as you get close to the bridges.

The other state is culturally and geographically identical to the other side of the border. If you look closely you'll see that private liquor stores are allowed, as well as payday lending. That's it.

You know that could be interpreted as a challenge.

Pilot tsukushi. Unfortunately not in production any more, but my bottle is pretty full.

Neat. I have a Hero 51 clone that's been nothing but reliable but it doesn't have the filling system. And I like Flighter-style pens.

I was sent to an office in Paris, pre-Y2K, where everyone smoked and the windows were always kept open. Every machine there was black inside.

Bullet journals for work and for life. Gospel reflections. Letters to friends. Shopping lists, crosswords, notes from phone calls, diagrams. About the only thing I don't use it for are things requiring a pencil. Would you like to hear about the world of mechanical pencils? 😀

The Lamy 2000 is a great choice as others have said. A slimmer, less heavy option might be the Parker Sonnet. Make sure you get a genuine one from a reputable dealer as knockoffs are everywhere.
