It's insane how it's constantly this low

in Southwestern USA, I can pick up that 20TB Seagate EXOS for about $279

Why would you throw away 800 dvds because your computer doesn't have a DVD player?
You can buy a portable dvd player for a decent price.

Write down a list first of what you want, then start downloading.

if you're building a PC, then get a motherboard that has lots of m.2 slots that fits what you need as well as sata slots.

You don't have to fill them up right away.
