Strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice! That's it. I'm not sure the ratio for concentrate to water once I use them, the recipe didn't say. Trial and error!

 

I'm eating the skim off, which is probably bad but it's very veery tasty. 5 seem to have popped, I'm hoping the 6th will soon!

The thing I remember listeria getting into for my food manager safety cert was underheated nacho cheese and deli meats!

When I was a cashier I'd have to ask if they found everything okay, and at the end to <have a nice day, come back soon, random holiday here>. In between I didn't have to chat. So my autistic ass did not. I would chat if they did though. I just never started it.

We use to do reviews of shows, but stopped after losing the camera. It was fun. Comments weren't, but I just ignored them.

It's unfortunate. My husband also hates tomatoes...but loves what they become. So it's all about the texture of a raw tomato for him as well!

Stepbrother has it and ultimately his mother died from it.

He's fine on his meds, but finding one's that worked was apparently bad. But once they did he's fine. Glad he managed to find them, hope he stays on them.

 

An innocent creature that never ever tried to walk along the back of the bathtub while I was in it, falling in behind my back and clawing my innocent ass. No no. This is clearly an innocent creature!

 

Twelve more candied jalapeños are done and sealed. I'm still trying to figure out what else to make. I'm looking at some strawberry lemonade concentrate but I'm unsure how much concentrate to liquid once done. Guess I'll just add water to taste! Apple butter and cranberry things will be in the fall!

After my last pizza, I had to make more! This time I made two smaller pizzas, one with pepperoni and mushroom and this one with just pepperoni. Very tasty! I also found out my oven goes to at least 500F which is cool.

 

Meant to recreate this pizza from Blue Prince! Has truffle sauce, fontina cheese, portabella baby mushrooms, pepperoni (couldn't find non-pork salami) and two fresh basil!

Not wood-fired though, my stove is but electric. And there was that one side that stuck to the peel.

It was delicious though! I will absolutely make this again.

 

Five jars total this year! I hate coring them, silly strawberries! Tastes delicious though. Two jars have popped, so hopefully the rest will as well!

 

Twelve jars total this year! Only took about two hours including prep of the jalapeños. Many of them are already claimed by family, hopefully I get at least a can for myself XD

 

They're getting so tall! With neat little leaves!
