Ahh cassette tape mixes, good times, that's back another 5-10years! I can hear the satisfying clicking on and off of the mechanism still of my old deck!
Static-X - takes me back a few years. Not a big fan but did see them live & remember having a good head-bang session to them! Said hi to them after the show too.
That deck though, haven't seen buttons like that it in even longer!
I think the point is that enabling a: allows an individual to repeatedly comit the crime and b: allows more people to comit the same crime. Ergo worse than an individual criminal act.
If we still wrote things down with pens someone will have put it in paper by now. As it is I'll have to just wait for the screen protectors made out of protein 'for that extra hit just when you need it' to hit the shelves...or...protein pants...
I took it as turning the discussion around - I.e. what to do if your neighbour behaves as above? If so, it sounds like a good way to get people to think about respectful behaviour.

It was a joke rather about potentially finding you had a secrect Nazi neighbour than a reference to real happenings! You'd have to be pretty determined to lug a great price of rock about with you if you were on the run!
I did see another article today saying it was a soldier, but not a German, who brought it to the US. So your comment appears to be in line with what happened here.
The sub heading says it was missing from an Italian museum so my guess is it was probably looted and brought over (I admit I was too lazy to read further!).
Next week on 'My neighbour's a Nazi'' ....
