Vaping it is better for you than smoking it, but smoking it isn't near as bad as smoking cigarettes. Obviously eating it is healthiest, but it's not everyone's favorite.
I mostly use a dab rig, which technically counts as vaporizing rather than smoking, and I find that low temp dabbing is a good replacement for nursing a drink, high temp dabbing or smoking an actual bong is a good replacement for shots
