Build it. Supply and demand. If no one wants it there they can boycott the business and watch it go under, unless of course the business thrives instead.

Reddit is using spez to cop the hate and take the fall. He will resign from his position and take a 'behind the scenes' type job at reddit. Then a new public face will be appointed.
It won't deter those that are already using reddit on pc to download the app on their phones, but it may deter new users if their first experience is a shitty advertisement riddled app.
