That's true, but as we have seen several times a huge world isn't enough, you also have to put something interesting in it. Anyway I don't want to seem a Negative Nancy, it's incredible that this engine can create such a huge world without requiring hundreds of GBs.

They have the fabs too... Would be funny if they went from CPUs to tons of memory chips.
For a while now games are sold without a lot of optimization, expecting the customers to just buy more powerful hardware.

9060 XT, for the same reason. My GTX1060 is fine for what I'm I playing right now, but I guess I, too, am a victim of F.O.M.O. (Fear Of Massive Overpricing).
But 'AI' is the cool word of the moment! All the AI peddlers say so in their sale pitches!
I'm also pretty good at finding patterns in seemingly random events, I just look at the clouds in the sky.
I made something with others' art, can't even call it a shop cause I used Paint. (I learned that this idea had already been explored only at a later time, oh well)
