Did the app autoupdate recently to 0.0.67? If it did, some massive changes/improvements were made in said update, which also affect way votes are displayed.

When your instance admin updates to the latest Lemmy software version, you will be able to hide votes again and have more control over what you may wish to hide or show: upvotes, downvotes, score etc

Sukuna (Jujutsu no Kaisen character) is more popular than I thought. I didn't expect to see game about him on here today.

LibreWolf is my browser of choice on desktop!

That said, I feel you as someone whose vision is continually detoriating, I make use of accessibility features and will gravitate to the apps which offer font scaling, dark themes etc in addition to privacy preserving features.
