How do you make the dough have bubbles this large? Never seen something like that in my bread before.

My Cat didn't come back since Saturday. I am assuming it won't come back, so that is really pulling me down at the moment. Besides that spring really made life better, the sunlight helps with a lot of stuff.

Very nice location. Cool cows. However it is very hard to reach without a car. 3/4 hour trip from the train station by foot on the side of the road. Was worth it though.
