I can't believe I'm cheering for Sweeney even once, but I guess it works out for all of us in this case.

I lack the right words to describe how I feel about this so instead I'll say: This is really fucking cool.

My guess is they don't want to be responsible for lawsuits if someone eats food they had to throw out and it causes a problem. (past expiration date, damage, ect.) Then again I am not a multi-billion dollar business executive so the reason could very well be "fuck the poors" for all I know.

my favorite part about reading the relevant Wikipedia article is the libertarian magazine claiming the islands were "more or less reclaimed by the sea". As if the people already there weren't people but fish or something. For those curious: Here is the Wikipedia article

Right? I love how it's titled the morning sun but the point of view comes from inside a dark area. We're looking into the light like outsiders and I love it.

That would the coolest shit imaginable. I'm surprised nobody has tried making a FOSS ecosystem for the DS, considering how often users have hacked it. All I'm saying is, I wish a company would come alone and make a DS like system with modern resolution and cameras. It might do pretty well.

Some US states require you have one on the front and back. Or at least that's what I've been told by a highway patrolman.

The lock-downs definitely aren't at fault for doordash and ubereats, they were there and gaining traction before covid was discovered.

Ayyy same. I may have seen them before somewhere, but the two are forever connected in my memories with this painting.
