Sometimes it doesn’t even matter with how things such as YouTube and other social media algorithms work.

You can avoid searching but they’ll still throw spoilers at you on the main page because you’ve shown interest in that series/show/etc before.

I hate it.

The answer is yes.

From using other inside-out tracking headsets, it’s gotten better. The quest 3, in comparison, was a lot better tracking than the Quest 2 when not in direct front of the headset.

Behind though, is still hit-or-miss. Doing any behind the back motions is still iffy. Which isn’t an issue for lighthouse based headsets like the Vive or Index. It’s a trade off though for ease of use and setup, and more freedom where you can use it.

I’m optimistic about it and hope Valve has a good tracking implementation.

Are things still moving at a snails pace? That’s what I remember the last time I read it so many years ago.

Hello!

I’ve been trying to recreate a circular tower, our group’s home map, in Dungeon Alchemist. It was originally created using DungeonDraft.

However I’m having nothing but difficulty actually dividing it into rooms. Say I only want a certain portion of the circular tower for an office. It makes me select the whole quadrant. That’s not what I want for that room.

Trying to use rooms to divide things into hallways and such has been a pain. If I draw a wall it won’t connect to the circular outside wall of the tower, always leaving a small gap.

The only thing I can think of is placing walls one by one in a line but that seems super tedious and there must be a better way.

Anyone experienced with dungeon alchemist?

I know that taking the instance offline isn’t an easy decision but it was the right choice to make until the exploit was patched.

For those who weren’t aware, from my understanding there was an exploit with custom emoji on the Lemmy front end that allowed a malicious script to be ran, which was stealing login cookies. This started on Lemmy(dot)world.

This seemed to have been patched this morning.

From what I’ve seen it didn’t seem to propagate through federated comments but never can be too careful.

Thanks crash and admin/mod team for keeping us safe 🙂

Does anyone else remember the songs done by Acousticbrony and MandoPony years back? Loyalty, Kindness, Generosity, and Laughter?

If you do, what many don't seem to know is that Acousticbrony (Now RE:MAKE) revisited the album in 2022 and not only remade the original songs, but completed it with Loyalty and Magic!

If you liked the originals, or even if you haven't heard them before, I definitely recommend giving the album a listen 😀

Currently there’s a bug with Lemmy where after a while the Hot and Active sorting fails to update.

Wander from yiffit posted about it as well https://pawb.social/post/118608

Is that something that can be set up on Pawb until the bug is fixed?

Apologies if this has already been brought up.
