Si diplomatiquement ça ne va plus du tout avec les américains ils n'auront aucun scrupule a tout couper.
Quant a cette onde de choc... Whatever il sera déjà trop tard. Il faut des années pour inverser une tendance aussi profonde dans le public d'utiliser énormément de cloud américains.
J'ai l'impression que vous ne comprenez pas à quelle point de nombreux service de votre vie quotidienne seraient entièrement à l'arrêt sans l'accès aux données dans des datacenters américains.
Alors oui tant qu'il y a du business et pas trop de tension c'est cool. Mais en tant de guerre ou de gros conflits diplomatiques ça sera bien moins drôle...
Il me semblait qu'en France on a genre 70℅ de nos infras étatiques qui sont sur du cloud non souverain.
