I would not be surprised to find out after the game that Goff injured his hand/elbow/shoulder at some point earlier in the game.
Almost all his throws have had no spiral with almost no zip on them.

That pass looked like the kind of ducks I used to throw in lot football.
I see people in game threads talk shit sometimes about how he doesn't seem happy when the team is doing well, but they conveniently don't mention how he never looks downtrodden or hanging his head when they're behind.
