Physically, yes. Mentally I haven't seen much difference. He's just the same old idiot blabbing weird nonsense, not knowing what he's actually saying himself. Not forming normal sentences, not understanding what others say, just bad cognitive functions. This was also during his first term.
Hey, why are you so negative? What's wrong with a bit of child abuse? For some people indoctrination and oppression is really nice! I've even heard them say it, although they were forced to say it was good for them. When you see free will as a burden, religion really is awesome. So when you see free will for your children or the people around you as a burden for them, forcing religion onto them really is the best thing you can give.
