I mean, Possibly? I replace my oil at most every 6000 miles, I usually try to aim for 3000 but sometimes you get busy. I don't personally own a car with that feature but Ive heard from others that it's mostly reminding you to replace your oil. I had a friend who I helped with one of those systems and their oil was black and I just looked at them like ๐

I know you probably already know this, but the more you wait, the more its gonna cost you. If you have the physical ability to, you should look into fixing some of these issues yourself. Theres a lot of info out there on the internet especially if you have a car built before 2010.
If you dont have the physical ability to, or are in a tight spot financially though, I do hope things work out and you still are able to find a way to have a working car.
REALEST COMMENT IVE EVER SEEN ON LEMMY!!
While I understand the sentiment I'm not sure how that'll work for products like sanitizer wipes or shampoo without making them out of something like tin/aluminum. The wetness of the product would soak right through paper/cardboard. You could make use of tin/aluminum for those products but I dont see it being very cost effective, especially since most Americans dont recycle as it is.
If there is a plastic-like substitute for situations like this I'd be happy to know about it though. Maybe theres some sort of eco-friendly alternative product out there I didnt know about before :)
this is literally me my HDD is 16tb
My thought was some sort of barbie doll that is just a literal stick or something with a card that tells the child why they only have a stick (the tariffs trump has imposed.)
I mean I do as much as I can but there are unavoidable products now with plastic as their packaging.
i know they mean the articles in the Reddit posts (I think) but the fact that Reddit is so centralized like this rubs me the wrong way.
holy shit the sex offender shuffle... thats a blast from the past.
little late 4 that one. also, Facebook link. i'm sure mark isnt in any way going to meddle with this. ๐
stupid question, should I then not be recycling plastics?
I have a 20+ year old car, not sure if that affects what you said or not, but I'll have to look into that. I've never heard that before.
