Depressing. Earth is clearly already on a death spiral. I consider it only natural for humanity to spread, and stagnation leads to issues like we are dealing with now. Resource shortage, climate change, pollution.

All our eggs in one basket is a bad idea. In a just world, NASA or rather any space agency would have 10x or more the funding they do now. A lot of the data we have on the changing climate comes from these agencies.

And absolutely fuck having any psychopathic CEO use his resources to force humans into Mars before it's ready in the name of profits or some stupid show of force.

Mars can't be terraformed now, so we should be focusing on how to mitigate the dangers to earth, get better at going to space with less cost, and getting more people into careers that actually contribute to humanity like engineering, medicine and no more fucking "Business degrees".

I haven't been posting/browsing lately. I've been watching sopranos for the first time. And lo and behold, hexbear is watching sopranos too? Wow, my twin flames.

Someone younger than him definitely told him his beliefs were outdated. And his response is "it's those damn kids who are wrong!"

What a doofus. I had a neutral opinion of him because his band didn't make outright horrible music. But I guess I'm going to dunk on him whenever I hear about him now.

Every time I hear an English person speak I think to myself, "I can't believe there are people in this world that speak like that. How awful"

I started collecting CDs recently. They are usually cheaper than vinyl secondhand. And I think they sound better. I hate not owning the music. And it just reminds me of being a teenager in 2014-2015 and hanging out with friends just to listen to an album and smoke weed.

Yeah those wasteland shots might as well just be anywhere in Texas outside of the big cities.

I think It's got a good amount of horror. I typically don't like horror games outside of things like resident evil. Something about them doesn't grab my attention. But Prey starts off kinda scary and then calms and ramps back up the fear and then calm again, all when you least expect it.

The roguelike (rougelite?) expansion, mooncrash is great too if that's more your thing.

Prey is amazing. It's such a good game. Almost no one I know has played or heard of it either, it reminds me a bit of Metroid prime in some ways. There is a good amount of sequence breaking, and special dialogue you can get from doing things in "the wrong order".

And System Shock? That remake was awesome. The 2nd one is great too, those monkeys always scared me.

I love this game though :(

You shouldn't wash your hair everyday. It can dry out your hair and scalp, potentially causing hair loss. But you should shower every because you most likely have sweat during the day and sweat smells bad and is gross.

The Chapo review of this movie was one of the funniest things I've heard all week. Jerry Seinfeld is such an idiot. Which really bums me out because I love the show. But I guess that's more Larry David than Jerry Seinfeld.
