They basically just make it required so you can't tell who is trans, and the trans users support it so I don't really have an issue with it.

I don't personally want to use hexbear (the ML posting annoys me for because I am a different far left ideology lol) but I think I'd probably like an instance that is friendly here and has downvotes (blahaj can't downvote 😞).

I don't really want to go to an anarchist instance if there even is one, since even though I identify with the anarchist tradition, I am a organisationalist which means most online anarchists annoy me too lol, and there aren't enough anarchists that agree with me on the fedi to make it worth having our own instance lmao.

So which instances do youse like?

EDIT: Aight i'll give this instance another go, but also to clarify I asked here because I like a lot of the posters but didn't know if I wanted to see it 24/7? I clearly value your opinion since I asked here and not somewhere else lol, calm down

My only complaint is the popularity might be crashing our instance lol, but they are cool.

You don't even go here. But also that's literally wrong because The Donald is racists and transphobia and they are neither of those things lmao

I'm confused why America has such strict rules on it. I'm pretty sure Australia has 5-10% leniency for inaccuracies in measurement.

You can disapate heat into the metal chassis without a fan, and if your CPU only generates a few watts, even at 100% this doesn't cause it to overheat. This has been done with desktops that are.much more powerful, but it's also been done on the new M2 MacBook air, because the m2 CPU is quite efficient. It doesn't overheat because the case passively dissapates heat fast enough. It's also not a performance laptop.

They make you look cool in photographs

Sorry, the one downside of quick updates is I can respond very quickly before the edit is done / sent through hah.

I think pact testing means contract testing, basically a test that asserts an agreement between two things (microservice, backend, frontend, etc)

I have never actually managed to get it integrated, but I have always pushed for contract testing that's maintained by both sides of the contract. This has the benefit of being able to create compatibility matrixes between services at the very least

i could live with this tbh
