I took a tumble down the stairs last night. Eight steps onto vinyl covered concrete so it was a pretty hard fall. I got up within a few seconds so the Watch didn’t call 911 which is great. What I did notice is that the “+ number of times fallen“ section of the Health app indicated nothing. Does it have to be a fall that requires emergency services before it’s recorded?
