Every sushi place I've been to has served some rolls with dried onion flakes. Never on the side like this, but it's definitely common to have them.
Except this device is hardly mobile and it's clearly made to be used stationary.

Fridge is empty and I just got done bartending. Dinner is whatever is left in the freezer.

We have chicken nuggets, tater tots, Arby's curly fries, and a crab cakes. I don't feel like washing dishes and I'm all out of paper plates, so we're rolling with paper towels. Garlic Tabasco gets rid of the sadness.
