Hi. I just got a new 15 pro a few days ago from the Apple Store. Today it was very strange and would not turn off. The screen had froze. I was on Reddit and had a YouTube video Picture in Picture. It was weird and I was able to finally power off after about 10 minutes and it seemed to be fine. Now I just had keyboard lag and I restarted it. It seems fine but now I am worried I have a defective model. The keyboard is lagging even now as i type this. It has not been damaged by anything or been exposed to heat.
Should I ask for a return? Is this normal with the new quirks?
Go for a 13 if you can afford it. It’s about 500USD or so now from what I’ve seen. 12 is a lot better than 11. I bought an 11 pro refurbished from Amazon for about 430 in 2022 April. I traded it in for 90 at the Apple Store for my 15 pro. Get the latest you can afford within reason. 15 is great Ofc but if you don’t care about a new one and are okay with refurbished 12 or 13 easy Good luck mate!!
