This is hilarious lol. The fuckwit himself (Spez) forced subreddits to reopen with an iron fist and now we're starting to see the consequences. Schadenfreude at its finest

They make bank from Nitro but probably not at the same level as reddit with its premium membership and advertising service. If Discord double dipped and showed ads to non-Nitro users it might be a different story.

What does the block domain feature explicitly block? Because I tried blocking a couple of lemmy domains, yet I see those very domains appear under my thread feed. As a result I've had to block the magazines belonging to said domains. Am I doing something wrong, or do I just have a misunderstanding of this feature?
