I'd like to see the reaction of the UCI of some business, property of someone with Russian heritage, "not related to Putin", wanted to enter La Vuelta with a team called Russia-Tech with the Russian flag as logo.

Had it been the case then the US government would have stopped them. There was a "no intervention" law. But it seems it only applied to the Republic.

Except Texaco gave gasoline to Franco, UK had contracts with the traitor's side BEFORE the war ended, Ford was pro-Franco, IBM was making businesses with Germany, ...

Next time the US talks about having a military base in any other country this should be in the mind of that country. That the US is not and will not be a friend or a protector.
