thanks for this! for me, the Tame Impala song Let It Happen, as covered by Meg Mac for Like A Version. this song reminded me that I have always been able to change if I just let go.

I'm in my mid 40s and finally starting HRT this week. it's always impressive how quickly things can move once you take the first step.
