Immich does this.
Proton drive will auto backup photos. Google is the last person I want having all my photos. If its features immich is awesome. Self hosted.
Why not proton drive?

I got a killer black Friday deal! 4.5GB ram for $52 for a year. Thats what I was paying for a 1gb VM at vultr.
I second their helpfulness. Even if the issue is kinda your fault they help. I was hosting 10 or so sites on their platform. I am not longer doing websites for people and converted my wordpress sites to Hugo sites so no longer have their hosting service.
I know UK and Norway are like this.
I saw these for the first time in Europe last year. I thought the cap was defective the first two time. Then I realized its meant to stay. I do not like it. Glad its not a thing in USA.
I thought they did that to reduce the amount of data they have on users?
