I know that there is a list of representatives for my country, and that is comparatively easy to find.

But how do I find the one that is actually there for my sub-sub-sub region? Like: who is the most specific?

Or is it just like this: "Congratulations, here are the representatives of your country. Please do everything else yourself."

Phrasing it differently: how hard (easy?) is it to participate in democracy, aside from voting?
