@blackn1ght gosh no - it was months and months before they became something I could do rather than an ‘easy run’ that was faster than my PB. Despite Garmin knowing my PBs.

@Zagorath @okwithmydecay not only that - it’s a substack paywall. Many of us won’t subscribe to free substack blogs let only pay for them; if you don’t know why a quick search should make that clear.
